ReThread cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

• Tailor Contact: After your order is placed, a dedicated ReThread tailor will reach out to you directly. This contact is essential for ensuring the perfect fit and customization of your purchased item, typically involving discussions about measurements, fittings, and any bespoke adjustments.
• Timely Service: We are committed to ensuring our tailors initiate contact promptly. While specific timelines for tailor engagement and the overall completion of your order may vary based on customization complexity, we will keep you informed of your order's progress.
• Collaborative Process: For timely fulfillment, we expect your cooperation with the tailor's contact attempts and during the fitting process. Unresponsiveness to reasonable contact attempts may lead to delays or, in certain circumstances, the cancellation of your order.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the ReThread platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, abuse, or otherwise interfere with our services or the experience of other users. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Submitting false or misleading information during registration or checkout.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the site.
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the ReThread servers or networks.

6. Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
